Stefanie Wulff, M.A.

Deputy Managing Director/Media and Public Relations In-Charge

 

Stefanie Wulff (b. 1971) is an educated Editor for daily Newspapers and periodical Journals.  She has a Master’s in German Philologie, Philosophy and Journalism. Her professional expertise is not limited to  the fields of Media and includes Corporate Publishing and Public Relation Work for governmental and Non-Profit Organizations. Through longstanding collaboration with  renowned Institutions /Organizations, among others Aktion Mensch,  and as a permanent freelance Editor, Ms.  Wulff has a broad experience and numerous contacts in the fields of Journalism, Print and electronic Media with a focus on Inclusion and Sustainable Development.

Dr. phil. Prasad Reddy

Founder, Owner and Managing Director

 

Main areas of work:

  • Educational and qualification approaches for anti-bias, diversity management in the profit and non-profit sector, anti-discrimination  social inclusion, belonging and capability promotion, transnational approaches to political youth and adult education in and out of school.

 

Dr. Prasad Reddy (born 1966) is the founder and managing director of the Center for Social Inclusion, Migration and Participation (ZSIMT) in Bonn. He holds a doctorate in educational science and has several years of international has several years of international professional experience as an expert, project manager, consultant and speaker in the fields of of anti-discrimination, diversity management and social participation. Reddy, as Managing Director of the Center for Social Inclusion Migration and Participation (www.zsimt.com), has been a partner of the EU-funded international project DIVET (Diversity & Inclusion for Vocational Education and Training) since January 2023 (duration initially until the end of June 2024).

 

Dr. Reddy has completed the following training courses (a selection):

  • Diversity Management in sozialen Organisationen – Technische Hochschule/Rosenheim

  •  The Inclusive Leadership Certificate von Anima Leadership (Toronto), bestehend aus folgenden Modulen: Deep Diversity/ Authentic Management /Brave Conversations /Authentic Facilitation.
  • Breaking Down Bias: Championing Equitable and Inclusive Classrooms der Anti-Defamation League (ADL) / New York
  • „Wie reagiere ich auf rassistische Äußerungen? bei der Heinrich Böll Stiftung

 

After several months of scientific training, certified by the Grundig Academy according to ISO standards as Diversity Manager, by the Department of Education Gauteng (South Africa) as Anti-Bias Trainer and by the German Association for Intercultural Training Quality dgikt e.V. and IKUD as Intercultural Trainer/Coach as well as by the tele-akademie of the University of Furtwangen European Net Trainers Association as European Net Trainer. He currently works as a Assistant Professor at various universities and extracurricular, charitable educational institutions such as Caritas, Diakonie and AWO as well as foundations for political education, city administrations, ministries and municipal/public corporations. His clients also include economic institutions such as VW and Camelot-MC, self-initiatives, action groups, NGOs of groups affected by discrimination within the meaning of the AGG, citizens' movements and community foundations for a sustainable and socially inclusive policy. Reddy has published numerous publications, conducts research projects, gives specialist lectures and organizes conference contributions.

Since January 2019 Reddy is a mentor for young female academics preparing for a career outside academia as part of the

as part of the Cornelia Harte Mentoring Program at the University of Cologne.

Sven Ernstson (b. 1981) is  Studienrat/Senior Master at  Vocational Schools  in the Faculty of Social Pedagogy, Politics and Social Sciences. Anti-bias and Gender-sensitive  Pedagogy guarantee for the further development of the Trias/Trilogoy:  Education, Teaching and Care/Support.  As a Diversity Trainer for  A World of Difference Institute, Mr. Ernstson guides among others, male educators under training in developing their competencies as social-pedagogical Professionals. The aim is to  establish an inclusive curriculum in the training program of Educators.
