Dr. Prasad Reddy (born 1966) is the founder and managing director of the Center for Social Inclusion, Migration and Participation (ZSIMT) in Bonn. He holds a doctorate in educational science and has several years of international has several years of international professional experience as an expert, project manager, consultant and speaker in the fields of of anti-discrimination, diversity management and social participation. Reddy, as Managing Director of the Center for Social Inclusion Migration and Participation (www.zsimt.com), has been a partner of the EU-funded international project DIVET (Diversity & Inclusion for Vocational Education and Training) since January 2023 (duration initially until the end of June 2024).

After several months of scientific training, certified by the Grundig Academy according to ISO standards as Diversity Manager, by the Department of Education Gauteng (South Africa) as Anti-Bias Trainer and by the German Association for Intercultural Training Quality dgikt e.V. and IKUD as Intercultural Trainer/Coach as well as by the tele-akademie of the University of Furtwangen European Net Trainers Association as European Net Trainer. He currently works as a Assistant Professor at various universities and extracurricular, charitable educational institutions such as Caritas, Diakonie and AWO as well as foundations for political education, city administrations, ministries and municipal/public corporations. His clients also include economic institutions such as VW and Camelot-MC, self-initiatives, action groups, NGOs of groups affected by discrimination within the meaning of the AGG, citizens' movements and community foundations for a sustainable and socially inclusive policy. Reddy has published numerous publications, conducts research projects, gives specialist lectures and organizes conference contributions.
