Dr. phil. Prasad Reddy

Founder, Owner and Managing Director

 

Dr. phil. Prasad Reddy an Educationist and 

Psychologist holding a Doctorate from the Freie Universität Berlin has a long professional career as an Expert, Senior Project Officer, Counsellor and Resource Person in the fields of Diversity, Anti-Bias, Anti-Discrimination, Social Inclusion, Belonging and Global Learning on Location. AAmong numerous further education programmes Dr. Reddy also absolved a certified two-years professional Training: The Inclusive Leadership Certificate from Anima Leadership (Toronto) consisting of the following modules: Deep Diversity/Authentic Management/Brave Conversations /Authentic Facilitation. Dr. Reddy als absoled the course Breaking down Bias: Championing Equitable and Inclusive Classroom Anti-Defamation League (ADL), New York. Following several months of scientific further education prior to that Dr. Reddy was certified, besides other fields of expertise, as Anti-Bias Trainer by the Ministry of Education in Gauteng(South Africa), as Diversity Manager according to ISO Standards by the Grundig Akademie and the Insitute for Diversity Management (Nürnberg), as Intercultural Trainer/Coach by IKUD Seminare (IKUD/Göttingen) and the Deutscher Gesellschaft für Interkulturelle Trainingsqualität dgikt e.V. as European Net Trainer by the tele-akademie of the Universität Furtwangen uns IKUD e.V.and the European Net Trainers Association. Furthermore, following a praxis-driven Further Education and Training lasting several months, Dr. Reddy was certified as „Berater for Interkulturelle Öffnung der Kommunale Entwicklungspolitik“(Consultant for the intercultural Opening of Development Policies at the Communtiy Level)  by the Servicestelle Kommunen in der Einen Welt (SKEW gGmbH/Bonn) and the Forum für Soziale Innovation gGmbH (GFSI/Solingen). As  Author and  Assistant Professor (Lehrbeauftragter) at various Universities and in his capacity as a Scientific Staff Member (Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter), Dr. Reddy’s Repertoire, to date, includes  several scientific and praxis-oriented Publications, Research Projects, Lectures, Keynotes and Research Contributions at various, international  Scientific Conferences within his field of Work.

Constanze Schwärzer - Dutta,

 

Constanze Schwärzer - Dutta (b. 1976) is a political scientist, anti-bias trainer, moderator and consultant. Since 2010, she has given numerous anti-bias and diversity training courses for various universities, federal and state authorities, transnational NGOs, foundations and companies, as well as coaching on diversity-oriented counseling and teaching, non-discriminatory recruiting and personal empowerment. As a consultant, she advises organizations on creating an accessible and inclusive work environment and on the development and implementation of anti-discrimination policies. As a middle-aged white disabled woman, Conni Schwärzer-Dutta is used to looking at discrimination and inclusion from different perspectives. She has experience and expertise in criticism of racism, culture, gender, disability, ableism and neurodiversity and loves to examine the intersections between these.

Karun Dutta, Lawyer

 

Karun Dutta (b. in Belrin, 1967), having German-Indian Ancestry is a Lawyer with a focus on  Criminal Defense/Universtiy- and Examination Law. He has a longstanding experience as Counsellor for  international students within the parameters  of ASta at the Freie Universität Berlin und a representative of several University Bodies. Through this and in  connection with his Office Activities as a Lawyer in Berlin-Neukölln, Karun Dutta, has extensive experiences with Clients, persons/groups with an international background, seeking counseling on legal matters and questions. In the beginnings of the anti-racist Movement in Germany back in the late 80s, Mr. Dutta was involved in the foundation of the first Black Liberation Sounds and various other anti-racist activities, among others in  the regions of Eberswalde, Hoyerswerda and Rostock.

Mr. Dutta offers intercultural Trainings especially for Counsellors and  Lawyers.

Sven Ernston

Sven Ernstson (b. 1981) is  Studienrat/Senior Master at  Vocational Schools  in the Faculty of Social Pedagogy, Politics and Social Sciences. Anti-bias and Gender-sensitive  Pedagogy guarantee for the further development of the Trias/Trilogoy:  Education, Teaching and Care/Support.  As a Diversity Trainer for  A World of Difference Institute, Mr. Ernstson guides among others, male educators under training in developing their competencies as social-pedagogical Professionals. The aim is to  establish an inclusive curriculum in the training program of Educators.
